We are still here in Hard Rock resort and will be leaving Sunday. This is our 3rd visit and we will come back again. We had the greatest customer service. The staff is very nice and helpful . We would like to say special thanks to Javier Laura. He made all his efforts to please our groups' stay amazing and stressless.. There were 37 people in our group and it was even difficult for us to arrange the restaurants. But he does his best to arrange the reservations and assuring that we have no problem showing up with so many people and getting all meals serves on time. Special thanks to Juan from Zen restaurant. He could remember all our names from the last stay..

Hard Rock Cabo is new and clean with breathtaking ocean view. Staff are very friendly and hard working. There is a entertainment each night and kids club makes it easy for parents to have fun in the evenings. One person I am grateful for particularly is Javier Laura, restaurant manager. He welcomed us with such hospitality as if seeing his family. He was very helpful and accommodating to make all the reservations for very large group. He is very professional and helpful and For people like him I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Overall the cleanliness, food, drinks, and activities were great! We stayed NYE weekend and enjoyed the dance party. However, I am removing one star from the review because of the aggressive in-person marketing. When you check-in, they immediately take you off to the side and force you to sit through a proposal to join their loyalty program with the offer to give you 1500 credits to your room if you join them for breakfast the following day. We agreed then the following morning they called our room to confirm our attendance to which we responded we were no longer interested. The representative on the phone then asked why not, if we would consider changing the time of the breakfast, what we were doing that did not allow us to join him, and when we told him if we changed our mind later we would contact them, he rudely asked "well who are you going to contact?" This was very rude and aggressive and when we hung up the man called again so we ended up disconnecting the phone from the wall just to get some peace. Then at the check-out, they force you to listen to another person's attempt to convince you to purchase a Cancun Hard Rock Hotel vacation to be redeemed in the next year or so by putting a $500 deposit. We were not interested and when we said that, the gentleman's personality went from bubbly and friendly to statements like "well you need to convince yourself not me that you don't need these savings." I understand trying trying to get folks to return but it was too much. Folks on vacation don't want to sit through the in-person marketing. We arrived tired and needing to use the restroom - not trying to sit through these advertisements, and when we left, we needed to leave quickly to the airport - again not trying to sit through more advertisements.

The food was really good as well as the service and of course the room service. They also did a great job keeping everything cleaned. They even have gluten free options. The massages are amazing! It's a beautiful hotel and place to visit. Keep in mind they don't allow you to swim in the ocean at the hotel due to rough seas and make you sign a waiver upon arrival. I would recommend this hotel although I have had a stomach ache since day 2 of the trip as well as after. I only drank bottled water but I think they wash all the food with tap water. Great food, great service, multiple pools to chose from.

Lisandro aka bad bunny at the holding bar was an incredible part of our trip! He made me my absolute favorite drink. I kept coming back every night for him to make it! He is an excellent bartender, he remembers his clients and is so fun to talk to. He also puts on a great show when making drinks, like smoke and bubbles. The service all around was incredible. I really enjoyed Aaron, Ramon, and Castillo at the lyric pool, and Ruben at the rhythm pool. Everyone takes really great care of you! The food was great everywhere we went.

The hotel was great, however, there were a few problems for being a new hotel. The bathroom water didn't drain properly, and there was flooding. The location is bad, it is very isolated and takes 30 minutes to go to Cabo San Lucas. You can't swim in the ocean, which makes no sense since it is a beachfront hotel. There are many weak railings, and the "hot tub" is not hot. On the other side, the food was really good though, and the staff were very friendly, the hotel itself is beautiful and very modern. The arcade and bowling alley were very nice. I also really liked the zen restaurant. The buffet needs a little more variety though. Also, the hotel should add a soccer field, that would be very nice. The hotel is very good overall, but these little things would make it 5 stars.

After having some issues upon arrival, I am happy to say the staff has been wonderful in rectifying the deficiencies and been more than accommodating. The restaurants have great food, fast service, and Hard Rock goes well above and beyond in making you safe with social distancing and sanitizing. As a healthcare professional, I believe they are going above and beyond what needs to be done to keep your family safe. After a rough start, I will say I plan to return to the Hard Rock brand. Eddie and Dorian have been the sole reason I will return, they are assets to your brand Hard Rock. Side note, please make bedding more comfortable.

I really really love this hotel! One of the best all inclusive resorts I’ve ever stayed in. I have 0 complaints everything was amazing! Shout out to Andres and Alberto you guys are amazing and I hope they will still be there when I come back to visit because I definitely will be back. Front desk staff are super nice. They’re so many workers in the hotel and I have not 1 complaint to say about any of them. I had so much fun at the pool! I enjoyed all of the restaurants! The romantic dinner on the beach was the highlight of my stay! I also felt very safe at the hotel with all of the security they have as far as keeping track of who enters the hotel premises! Thank you Hard rock for everything!!

I felt very safe with all the safety protocols that were in place. The following personal made my trip extra fun Tania at the pool was the best by making my experience and cocktails amazing. Toto by the lobby Bar totally made my nights Amazing by always keeping my drinks full and the mixologist were great too.George and Hernandez every morning made my day with a Smile and lots of positive vibes as well as Gabi giving us an schedule for the night activities and shows. If I have one bad thing to say is that the DJs kept playing the same Playlist during our 6 nights other than that I would love to go back in a future ones this Virus is gone to fully enjoy the resort.

I spent a week on vacation at this resort and the experience was incredible. Hygiene and sanitation measures in relation to COVID 19 were excellent. The property is located in a beautiful place, although the beach cannot be used for swimming because it is open sea, but the pools and hotel amenities make the experience unforgettable. The employees make you feel like family and you don't feel the lack of a buffet or things you could enjoy before this pandemic. The spa and its services are of the highest quality. Excellent hotel, staff, location and security measures for the pandemic.
