My boyfriend and I stayed here the first week of November and had a great experience. New York hotels are typically small but the rooms here were reasonably sized! Didn’t have issues with noises. It’s in a great location as well. Chris made our experience great and was super attentive. Would stay again.

The staff were nice and we had a cute view of the Empire State building. They also offer free breakfast every morning. Just note there's a lot of construction noise and the walls are thin, so we heard the neighbors very clearly. But other than that, it's what I expected.

Location over Comfort Hotel is in a great part of town. Close to soho, west village, downtown and more. However, the hotel is junk. I hate to say that but the beds were awful, pillows and bedding not comfortable and had the worst sleep during my stay. Walls are thin and can hear your neighbors and doors slamming all day. Windows are thin and can hear everything outside as well including construction. Rooms are extremely small and staying in the room was miserable. Hotel needs a major upgrade! You are warned!

I recently got married in the city and used this hotel as a wedding block. And I can't recommend this hotel enough. My family from out of town loved their stay. The service was amazing and the beds were comfy and the AC was running super well for our August stay. If you have the pleasure of staying in one of the suites I can't recommend how amazing the room was and the view from the top floor. Patricia reserved the rooms for us at an amazing price which my family and myself were super happy and appreciative of. Also the La Colombe and the Seven grams across the street are amazing coffee shops nearby.The staff at the front desk were super helpful and friendly and its an experience you always hope for. I just wanted to hop on here and speak so highly of our experience here. The food in the restaurant on the first floor was also super delicious too thank you!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was on the 21st floor, and while small, we didn't expect anything bigger... It's New York City after all. Yes, we've had larger bathrooms at other hotels in Manhattan, but this one was acceptable. The toilet did run a few times, had to jiggle the handle, but that would be our only complaint. The staff around the hotel were all friendly and helpful. Would stay here again when we want to be in the West Village part of town.

The location is great and the staff is kind and responsive. Sadly, the room was gross. Our towels were dirty, the place was covered in dust, and the shower drain was clogged. The room had numerous broken fixtures, and just needed more attention to detail. The shower water pressure is great though, and the bed is comfortable.

Small outdated room but in a good location. The room was dirty, hand prints were on the bathroom door and hair on the floor. The tv was basic and barely worked, it would have been nice if there were options to stream from your apps. The bathroom door also creaked every time you closed the door, which at night was very disturbing. Also you could hear the neighbors in the hallway at night or early in the morning so not great sound proofing. The gym was small and in the basement, and had a sewer smell. I was only staying for two days so we had someone come change out the towels the night before, and we were told that there was no room service unless requested. But there were several knocks and someone actually came in while I was on a work call and I didn’t hear the knock. I will never stay at this hotel again. There needs to be some serious updates, at least change out the toilet and the mattress, those seem to have been around for awhile. At least the view in my room was nice (2004)

This is s small hotel in a very good location. Front desk staff are pleasant and helpful and the restaurant is above average. Rooms are small and quite basic - but clean and quiet.

2nd fl room was average. Check in was smooth. No indication where the ice machine is located (basement ). Where there’s one microwave. Gym is small. Room was a bit dusty. Beds were comfortable. Wouldn’t stay again.

Great location and friendly staff. They upgraded me to a room with a view of WTC. MY stay was pleasant for the most part, but I was awakened by the shaking of pipes within the walls next to my room(1907) from about 3:30am to 7am hence only 4 of 5 stars. The pipes vibrated for about 5-10 seconds intermittently every 3-5 minutes.

Stayed here for the weekend with out of town visitors. Great location for spending time in Soho. Hotel (lobby and rooms) are a bit small. Only 8 rooms on each floor so itâs a bit load as well-can...

Couldn't get coffee on Sunday morning which is okay if handled nicely. I was told coffee was being made and she was rude and not happy. 2 other people also waiting a long time when 2 of the 3 of us...

This location was great! Did a New York Minute shop and food trip with a girl friend and location couldn't be better for that. You're two blocks away from the main SOHO corridor and a few blocks away...
