“WoW….. Courtyards are not what they used to be. The desk clerk lady at night was very unfriendly and seems to be bother every time we asked something, she was sitting on a table with the heater watching tv. The cafeteria was empty and didn’t look like the have any food or anything ready to grab and go. No coffee or water in the lobby. The morning clerk was nicer That the one from previous nite. She was playing with her phone and I asked her to call a taxi, she did it but like she said only because my English wasn’t great! … Thank you for the complement!’ I will not choose again a Courtyard by Marriott. Those days were employees were anticipating the customers need are gone Will not recommend this hotel. Employees need to be retrain! For goodness sake you are in Hospitality”

“The lobby was very nice. The hallways, stairwells and elevators however looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks and weren’t vacuumed for the duration of our stay. It was gross. The room AC worked great however the hallways were terribly warm. The front desk staff was not friendly. A smile goes a long way. The beds were comfortable however the stains on the corner of the one mattress were not appealing. Balcony could have been enjoyed more with two chairs and even a small table. Only one chair provided. Two of us showered and we were already out of body wash-that should have been filled prior to our arrival. Pool area had nice chairs and water was refreshing. Although the pool towels were very thin and small-the bath towels were much nicer. It worked for a quick two night stay as it was close to our destination but would not return if in the area again.”
