“bad welcoming when arrived, they ask us to put high deposit in dollar and they insist to return it back while check out in Turkey lira.
the staff not comparative with the guests, the ac not working and they didn't inform us when we booked, incase of any issues they are not respons fast.

“My friend and I had a wonderful stay at the Somerset. The hotel staff and cleaning crew (especially Yildiz) were incredible. They will treat you very well and make sure you enjoy your stay. The hotel itself is very nice.
