“Resort paradisíaco, localizado na zona hoteleira de Cancún, perto do cocobongo e do isla shopping. Possui linda vista para o mar,excelente infraestrutura , serviço de quarto 24 horas e restaurantes maravilhosos, tudo incluso. Porém, os motivos que me levaram a classificar o presente resort como 4 estrelas foram:1) Os garçons que ficam na piscina principal do resort, só te atendem bem se der propina ( gorjetas) para eles. Senão, te ignoram completamente. Pode ficar com a mão levantada a vontade que não estão nem aí para você;2) Em 23/04/22, fomos ao restaurante italiano localizado no resort e fomos muito bem atendidos pelo Maître. Ele nos deu uma aula de vinho. Foi a propina ( gorjeta) mais bem paga de toda a viagem. Porém, no dia seguinte, por termos sido bem atendidos, resolvemos repetir o restaurante. Novamente o Maître nós recebeu muito bem e nos perguntou se importaríamosde sermos atendidos pelo mozo ( garçom) Omar. Dizemos que não. Péssima decisão a nossa. Desde do início do atendimento, se mostrou rude e impaciente. Quando estávamos escolhendo os pra toa, o tempo todo andava de um lado para o outro. A minha esposa pediu uma coca cola , ele começou a resmungar em voz alta que estava cansado, ao invés de pedir tudo de uma vez, ficam pedindo aos poucos, só para darem trabalho a ele. Para finalizar esse péssimo atendimento, trouxe a sobremesa errada e que não teria como trocar, pois a cozinha estava finalizando os últimos pedidos para fechar;3) Todos os dias que tem festas temáticas, o atendimento nos restaurantes fica bem prejudicado, pois deslocam garçons para tal. Foi o que ocorreu no dia 28/04/22, dia do nosso último jantar. Trocaram os pratos, trouxeram Mac cheese e falaram que era risoto, olha que para convence los que não era demorou. Enfim, uma verdade confusão. Ao conversar com o garçom o motivo do qual o atendimento estava tão desorganizado, pois nas outras vezes estava tudo tão perfeito, ele me relatou que era falta de pessoal pois estavam no evento. Minha sugestão é que para esses eventos, seja contratado garçons temporários, assim não prejudicaria o atendimento.Fala ressaltar que eu e minha noiva ficamos do período de 16/04 a 29/04/22 e jantamos todos os dias no resort, tivemos essas duas experiências negativas, mas no final, o saldo foi positivo. Valeu a pena!!”
