“Very nice hotel. Spacious and clean room. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Close to shopping area and Wangfujing pedestrian area (shopping and food) - literally next door. Staff went above what is required. I had to cancel my tour at the last minute due to not feeling well and they refunded my money without me asking for it. Good selection for breakfast.”

“5 Stars! This is an excellent hotel!
We stayed in 2019, the rooms are very stylish and modern. The hotel has a rooftop pool. We suggest springing for the club access lounge rooms for their club lounge was impressive. They had several tasty delicious food options, breakfast, snacks, full on meals, through out the day all for free for the club lounge rooms so the amount of free food, free drinks that come with those rooms is pretty much like almost an all inclusive resort.
They also have views of Forbidden City which is just so amazing! You can walk there just a few blocks away.
Also for us English speaking travelers, the front desk, everyone in the club lounge could speak English fluently and were so professional and kind, they really do make you feel like a VIP here!”
