“Excellent service - We arrived at the hotel and were checked in very quickly by the helpful young lady, she answered all my questions and was very helpful. Once we were settled in the room we went down to reception to find out about getting the bus into the city centre (intending to use the bus stop outside the hotel), the same young lady told us not to bother and advised to go to the airport and get the bus from there as the bus stopped right in the city centre. She then offered to drop us off at the airport, showed us where to get the bus and advised where to get off.
I did not get her name, but we were bowled away with the service we received from her.
As for the hotel, we were very comfortable, breakfast was excellent, staff were superb.”
