Staying at the Andaz currently. What can I say!! Service is absolutely outstanding. Couldn’t fault it. The rooms are very spacious. Rooms are cleaned thoroughly. Very good standard. The waiters/ waitresses service has been great. We have come down a couple of times a little late an missed our lunch time. They always put something together for us. If you don’t eat lunch. You can always eat in the evening instead. They are very flexible. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Hotel moderno y muy bien cuidado en todos los sentidos. La variedad del buffet del desayuno es una de las mejores que hemos probado hasta ahora. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y no les falta de nada. El personal en todo momento ha sido atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo que necesitabamos. Muy buen hotel para ir en familia, ya que esta al lado de la playa, frente a un centro comercial y tiene una buena piscina. Muy buena opción sin duda para alojarse en Dubai.

We really loved our stay at the Hyatt Andaz in Dubai. The staff has a great personal touch, the breakfast buffet was nicely done and the daily room housekeeping was just perfect with an eye to every detail to help meet our needs. Special mention is deserving for Ali Mohamed who manages the front desk reception. He went out of his way to ensure our stay was super comfortable and a 5 Star experience.

Fiquei por 4 noites. O quarto estava limpo e o interior era bom. As bebidas no quarto são gratuitas, exceto álcool. Garrafas PET (água) serão reabastecidas tanto que você não poderá beber. Reservei meia pensão com refeições. Café da manhã e almoço à la carte ou jantar em estilo buffet é conveniente. A comida é muito boa e a quantidade é perfeita. As sobremesas também são abundantes e as melhores. O atendimento da equipe também é excelente. Nós nos encaixamos no pacote de derate, mas a equipe sempre entrou em contato com a companhia aérea. A piscina na cobertura também é a melhor com uma atmosfera adulta. Claro, a piscina da praia também é boa. Além disso, a vista da sauna do centro de fitness e da área de descanso com uma sensação de quarto privado é a melhor.

Me alojé por 4 noches. La habitación estaba limpia y el interior era bueno. Las bebidas en la habitación son gratuitas excepto el alcohol. Las botellas de PET (agua) se repondrán tanto que no podrá beberlas. Reservé media pensión con comidas. El desayuno y el almuerzo a la carta o la cena estilo buffet son convenientes. La comida es muy buena y la cantidad es perfecta. Los postres también son abundantes y de lo mejor. El servicio del personal también es excelente. Nos ajustamos al paquete de reducción, pero el personal siempre contactó a la aerolínea. La piscina de la azotea también es la mejor con un ambiente adulto. Por supuesto, la piscina de la playa también es buena. Además, la vista desde la sauna del gimnasio y el área de descanso con una sensación de habitación privada es lo mejor.

Que férias fantásticas tivemos, ficamos por 10 dias, desde o primeiro encontro no check-in, nos sentimos relaxados e confortáveis. Os quartos eram de primeira classe, tudo o que você precisa, muito limpo e elegante. A comida era excelente, fresca e tantas opções, você não ficará desapontado. Nada era demais para a equipe e menção especial para os limpadores de quarto, todos os dias voltamos para o quarto parecia o primeiro. Da praia à piscina da cabana e à excelente localização, aproveitamos todos os dias e quase estendemos nossa estadia, mas tivemos que voltar ao trabalho. Gostaríamos de voltar na queda de um chapéu, um dos melhores hotéis em que ficamos, Andaz deve estar muito orgulhoso do hotel.

Qué vacaciones tan fantásticas tuvimos, estuvimos 10 días, desde el primer encuentro en el check-in, nos sentimos relajados y cómodos. Las habitaciones eran de primera clase, todo lo que podías necesitar, muy limpias y con estilo. La comida era excelente, fresca y con muchas opciones, no te decepcionará. Nada fue demasiado problema para el personal y una mención especial a los limpiadores de habitaciones, todos los días que volvíamos a la habitación nos sentíamos como los primeros. Desde la playa hasta la piscina de la cabaña y la excelente ubicación, disfrutamos todos los días y casi extendimos nuestra estadía, pero tuvimos que volver al trabajo. Volveríamos en un abrir y cerrar de ojos, uno de los mejores hoteles en los que nos hemos alojado, Andaz debería estar muy orgulloso del hotel.

What a fantastic holiday we had , stayed for 10 days, from the first encounter at check-in , we felt relaxed and comfortable .The rooms was first class, everything you could need, very clean and stylish. The food was excellent, fresh and so many choices , you wont be disappointed. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and special mention to the Room Cleaners, everyday we returned to the room felt like the first. From the beach to the cabana pool to the great location, we enjoyed everyday and nearly extended our stay but had to get back to work. We would go back at the drop of a hat, one of the best hotels we have stayed at, Andaz should be very proud of the hotel.

Este hotel superou nossas expectativas. Tudo é perfeito. O estúdio tem tudo o que precisávamos. A cozinha é uma grande vantagem para uma estadia mais longa. O café da manhã tinha todas as opções e foi incrível. Todos os funcionários da recepção, manutenção da casa e restaurante foram fabulosos. A academia é limpa e muito prática. Este hotel superó nuestras expectativas. Todo es perfecto. El estudio tiene todo lo que necesitábamos. La cocina es una gran ventaja para una estancia más larga. El desayuno tenía todas las opciones y fue increíble. Todo el personal de la recepción, el servicio de limpieza y el restaurante fueron fabulosos. El gimnasio está limpio y muy práctico. Tener fácil acceso a una playa privada y una piscina exterior es imprescindible en Dubai y es una gran ventaja sobre otros hoteles. Sigan con el excelente trabajo!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Everything is perfect. The studio has everything we needed. The kitchen is a big plus for a longer stay. The breakfast had all the options and was amazing. All staff in the reception, house keeping, and restaurant were fabulous. The gym is clean and very handy. Having easy access to a private beach and outside pool is a must in Dubai and is big advantage over other hotels. Keep up the excellent work!

We had the most incredible time at this beautiful property. Staff were extremely attentive & catered to our every need. The location was fantastic, beach was very peaceful & serene with amazing attendants who helped us with our loungers & umbrellas. The food at the hotel was exceptional, the head chef Ambed & his team, created beautiful dishes, and catered for my dietary needs - giving us a personalised service at breakfast & lunch. The head of operations & restaurant staff always ensured we were seated at our favourite table & greeted us with a smile. Additionally the front of house staff & concierge helped us navigate Dubai, and ensured we had a lovely holiday. I look forward to returning.

We had booked our stay at this hotel and had paid for a room with a sea view. Hotel manager and front desk staff blamed everything on the agency. I had printed out the documentation and shown them. They ruined our vacation and placed us in the worst room. The staff in the restaurant were the best. It was the first time and the last time I visited Dubai. My family and I were disappointed with the hotel management which totally ruined our holiday. We threw $ 10,000 into the lake. Thank you hotel management and all the front desk staff who ruined our vacation. We will report you to the Swedish Consumer Agency.

An excellent combination of city living and resort-style accommodation. Good location - close to shopping mall and restaurants at the Palm - but also featuring beach (fully equipped with comfortable deckchair and beach umbrella for hotel guests) and a large, heated pool as well as a small pool for infants. Our studio room was spacious, with a separate lounge area, well appointed kitchen and comfortable bedroom area with desk/vanity table and large closet. Breakfast is rich and food is good, all in a relaxing atmosphere. Staff is responsive and courteous. There was an issue with our reservation (we were told that the "staycation" room did have a kitchen, but it didn't) but Mohammed was prompt and provided us immediately with a studio apartment as we needed to cook for our little one. He and the other front desk staff were also prompt answering any question and sorting out any request that we had. Not cheap but definitely worth it. On a side note, the lighting system is extremely advanced but sometimes complicated to make it work! Also, you have to pass through the restaurant to go to the pool/beach and people might not feel comfortable passing by diners in shorts

Great hotel with good service and nice staff. Everything is very clean. The bedroom is very spacious. Every day they clean the room. There is a good and large gym. A swimming pool on the roof terrace. Sauna on the 14th floor. The outdoor pool and the sea are a 4 minute walk away. Especially the food in the hotel was very good. Fresh food every day. Wide choice possibility. We were very well helped by Ambed in the service with our breakfast. All in all a very good hotel and definitely recommended.

I don't recommend this hotel. It's not the best option if you wish to stay in Palm Jumeirah. It's very overrated and overpriced. It's a building among other residential buildings with a common pool and beach access. The beach is so far from the building, and is always crowded since the residents in the neighborhood buildings are using it. The sea view is actually a parking view. The food options and quality are not the best. In summary, Look for other options in Palm Jumeirah

Este lugar superou nossas expectativas tantas vezes! A equipe foi incrível, acolhedora e profissional. A sala espaçosa com os pequenos detalhes cuidam como alto-falantes no banheiro. A comida era excepcional, com muitas possibilidades de escolha no buffet de café-da-manhã e almoço. Duas piscinas para desfrutar, apenas para adultos no 14º andar, piscina maior em frente à praia e, claro, a praia. Academia incrível com vista e área externa. ¡Este lugar superó nuestras expectativas tantas veces! El personal fue increíble, acogedor y profesional. La habitación espaciosa con los pequeños detalles cuidados como parlantes en el baño. La comida era excepcional, con mucha variedad en los buffets de desayuno y almuerzo. Dos piscinas para disfrutar, solo para adultos en el piso 14, una piscina más grande frente a la playa y, por supuesto, la playa. Increíble gimnasio con vista y área al aire libre. Los tratamientos de spa eran tan buenos, hermosas habitaciones y un equipo capacitado. Me alojaría aquí de nuevo en un abrir y cerrar de ojos y tú también deberías!

This place exceeded our expectations so many times! The staff were amazing, welcoming and professional. The room spacious with the small details take care of like speakers in the bathroom. The food was exceptional with plenty of choice at the breakfast and lunch buffets. Two pools to enjoy, adults only on the 14th floor, bigger pool beach front and of course the beach. Amazing gym with a view and an outdoor area. Spa treatments was so good, beautiful rooms and skilled team. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and you should too!

I very highly recommended buffet. We enjoyed the most incredible brunch buffet that we have ever seen. The food was over the top delicious with hundreds of choices. We would also like to compliment the entire staff. The service was the best we have experienced in Dubai. During our meal the head chef,Gani came to our table and asked us how we were enjoying the food. Also the security man Allen helped with my husband in his wheel chair and the receptionist Leanna made us feel at home right away. I would give them 10 stars if I could..

Fiquei por 2 noites, o serviço é bom, todos são prestativos e estão sempre com um sorriso no rosto O quarto é um pouco pequeno, mas com bom design Tive uma experiência um pouco ruim, embora com o chuveiro e ar condicionado, o chuveiro estava entupido, mas você consertou assim que dissemos a eles. O ar-condicionado não estava frio o suficiente, embora tenhamos dito a eles que eles disseram que o consertaram, mas não foi consertado que a temperatura não iria abaixo de 20 -21 e era difícil dormir. I stayed at the Andaz for over 2 weeks room 524 and I must say the level serves and cleanness provided by Muhammad Abbas’ and his colleagues was absolutely superb. The hotel is in top condition with great facilities, the hotel management has to be one of the best I have experienced in Dubai, in regards to high level of service they provided me during my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here. 10/10

I stayed for 2 night, the service is nice everyone is helpful and they always have a smile on their face The room is a bit small but good design I’ve had a bit of a bad experience though with the shower and air conditioning, the shower was clogged but thy fixed it as soon as we told them. The AC was not cool enough even though we told them they said they fixed it but it was not fixed the temperature would not go below 20 -21 and it was hard to sleep. The beach is a short walk from the hotel it’s nice but they could remove the stones to make it nicer

Nuestra estancia fue simplemente increíble. No estábamos totalmente contentos con la habitación que teníamos al principio, y el personal hizo absolutamente todo lo posible para hacernos felices, también proporcionándonos algunas golosinas para nuestras molestias. Nos sorprendió mucho lo amables y amables que fueron, eso marca la diferencia. La habitación era grande, hermosa y cómoda con una vista increíble y un balcón, el desayuno es delicioso, el hotel y especialmente el restaurante / área de desayuno son tranquilos y serenos, la piscina y la playa cerca son agradables, el restaurante junto a la piscina también es muy agradable. La ubicación es perfecta para explorar Palm, Marina, JBR y sus alrededores. Pudimos relajarnos por completo y sentirnos atendidos. ¡Definitivamente lo recomendaré y volveré al Andaz!

Stayed at the Andaz Dubai The Palm. 3 stars for the rooms, Cabana rooftop pool and the beach. The rooms were quite nice and clean. The resort had some great amenities such as the roof top adult only pool, access to the beach and some nice places to dine in around the resort. However, I was a bit disappointed by the following things:1. Advertised free minibar which was not provided to us.2. Can’t do early check in or late checkout3. Couldn’t charge back to my room4. Restaurant/breakfast service was a bit slow or rushing to clear the tables while we are still eating.5. Rooms advertised as “sea view” have views of trash and car park and then comes the beach.6. Very busy at weekends.

Our stay was just amazing. We were not totally happy with the room we got in the beginning, and the staff did absolutely everything to make us happy, also providing some goodies for our inconvenience. We were really amazed by how welcoming and courteous they were - that makes all the difference. The room was big, beautiful and comfortable with an amazing view and balcony, the breakfast is delicious, the hotel and especially restaurant/breakfast area quiet and serene, pool and beach nearby nice, restaurant by the pool very nice as well. Location is perfect for exploring the Palm, Marina, JBR and surroundings. We were able to fully relax and feel taken care of. Will definitely recommend and return to the Andaz!

A piscina muito clorada e os quartos / lobby são muito bem projetados e grandes, mas hoje às 02h09 um alarme muito alto soou sem avisar que toda a família estava assustada. Há muitas águas-vivas e eu mesma fui picada duas vezes; na verdade, é relativamente quente e limpa.

The beach is not part of the hotel & it's shared with other residential buildings! there's no sunset on that side of the palm either. the management for the apartments won't help with requests if it requires more work for them. the rooms are also very dark. there are much better options in the palm.

Agradecimento especial pela comida, muitos restaurantes nos países da CEI têm um descanso, a comida é fresca, deliciosa e as mais variadas! O pessoal é amigável, eles vão pedir e mostrar-lhe tudo. Excelente localização, pois tem praia própria, 2 piscinas, segurança, território próprio, frente a um bom MALL com várias lojas (comida, roupa, electrodomésticos, joalharia). Un agradecimiento especial por la comida, muchos restaurantes en los países de la CEI descansan, ¡la comida es fresca, deliciosa y la más variada! El personal es amistoso, le ayudarán y le mostrarán todo. Excelente ubicación, ya que cuenta con playa propia, 2 piscinas, seguridad, territorio propio, frente a un buen MALL con varios comercios (comida, ropa, electrodomésticos, joyería). ¡Aconsejamos a todos!De los consejos: llévese sus zapatos de baño, hay muchas conchas y guijarros en la playa cerca del hotel.

Andaz the palm: It's modern and luxurious boutique hotel , rooms are well decorated and clean. Stuff is very helpful. The hotel have 2 pools. Although the pool is shared but we didn’t find any difficulty using the facility also the pool is huge and we didn’t feel it is crowded although it was a weekend.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at. Deluxe twin room was so comfortable and spacious, hotel is perfect size, not too big at all. Workers have the best attitude, thank you to Anna-Maria and Ivada for doing your jobs so well. Both pools are good, beach stretch also really nice. No complaints at all apart from improve service in restaurant it’s abit slow. Overall one of the best options, just 5min walk from Nakheel mall, always cabs outside too. Can’t rave about hotel room enough, it’s really comfortable, plenty of amenities, too.

Andaz the palm es un hotel boutique muy bonito, moderno y lujoso, las habitaciones están bien decoradas y limpias. Las cosas son muy útiles. Nos alojamos en el paquete de media pensión, El desayuno y la cena son muy buenos, la comida es sabrosa y con muchas variedades. El hotel tiene 2 piscinas, una para adultos en el piso 14 y la otra es una piscina infinita compartida por dos edificios residenciales y una playa larga. Aunque la piscina es compartida, no encontramos ninguna dificultad para usar las instalaciones, también la piscina es enorme y no sentimos que esté llena de gente a pesar de que era un fin de semana. La playa es muy bonita y según informa el socorrista hay una red para medusas para que puedas nadar libremente solo hay rocas en el mar (mejor traer zapatos para el agua) Lo que podrían mejorar es el área de la piscina agregando más sombrillas y cosas del hotel. La habitación con vista al mar es una vista parcial del mar. Totalmente recomendado !!

Andaz the palm é um hotel boutique muito bonito, moderno e luxuoso, os quartos são bem decorados e limpos. Coisas são muito úteis. Ficamos no pacote de meia pensão, O café da manhã e o jantar são extremamente bons, a comida é saborosa e muito variada. O hotel possui 2 piscinas uma para adulto no 14º andar e a outra é piscina infinita compartilhada por dois edifícios residenciais e uma longa praia. Embora a piscina seja compartilhada, não encontramos nenhuma dificuldade em usar a instalação, também a piscina é enorme e não sentimos que estava lotada, embora fosse um fim de semana. A praia é muito gostosa e conforme informado pelo salva-vidas existe uma rede para as medusas para que você possa nadar à vontade só se houver pedras no mar (melhor trazer calçado de água) O que eles poderiam melhorar é a área da piscina adicionando mais guarda-sóis e coisas do hotel. O quarto com vista para o mar é uma vista parcial para o mar Total totalmente recomendado !!

We stayed on half board package, The breakfast and dinner are extremely good , food is tasty and lot of varieties . The hotel have 2 pools one for adult in the 14 floor and the other is infinity pool shared by two residential building and long beach . Although the pool is shared but we didn’t find any difficulty using the facility also the pool is huge and we didn’t feel it is crowded although it was a weekend. Beach is very nice and as informed by the lifeguard there is a net for jellyfish so you can swim freely only thing there is rocks in the sea ( better to bring water shoes) Things they could improve is the area of the pool by adding more umbrellas and hotel stuff .. The sea view room is a partial view of the sea Overall totally recommended !!

Mi hotel favorito en Palm. El desayuno es increíble, el mejor buffet de desayuno de hotel que he tenido. El servicio de habitaciones y el servicio de limpieza son muy receptivos. My favorite hotel on the Palm. The breakfast is amazing--best hotel breakfast buffet I've ever had. Room service and housekeeping are super responsive. The rooms are fun, stylish, and spacious. Currently on my second visit in a month, which probably says a lot about how much my family enjoys staying here!

¡Fabuloso! Disfrutamos de nuestra estancia 4D / 3N en este nuevo hotel. Ofrecen excelentes opciones gastronómicas (desayuno buffet y cena) y vistas espectaculares de Palm y Burj Al Arab desde el área de la piscina infinita. La habitación que nos dieron tiene 2 balcones y las camas estaban limpias y eran acogedoras. Fui con 2 amigas y lo único que querían tener era un buen acondicionador. Tendría que estar de acuerdo en que tienen que proporcionar un gel de baño, champú y acondicionador que sean adecuados para sus invitadas. El aroma amaderado y acuático de sus elementos esenciales de baño actuales nos atrae a los hombres. El servicio de habitaciones, el personal de tierra y todos los empleados que conocimos fueron muy hospitalarios y conversadores. ¡Felicitaciones a los interiores modernos también! También es digno de mención el mosaico de azulejos en los baños comunes en la planta baja, que es impresionante. Me recordó mucho a Marruecos y al sur de España.

I liked this hotel. My staying was so great. I loved the hotel concept of mixing the building materials and culture. The room not too large. I did not like how to connect your phone with the TV. It was so complicated. The breakfast was good but not the best in city. Over all i can give the hotel 9/10.

Fabulous! We enjoyed our 4D/3N stay at this new hotel. They offer excellent dining options (buffet breakfast and dinner) and spectacular views of the Palm and Burj Al Arab from the infinity pool area. The room that was given to us has 2 balconies and the beds were clean and cozy. I went with 2 female friends and the only thing they wanted to have was a good conditioner. I would have to agree that they have to provide a body wash, shampoo and conditioner that are suitable for their female guests. The woody and aquatic scent of their current bathroom essentials caters to us men. The room service, ground staff and all the employees we've met were very hospitable and chatty. Kudos to the modern interiors, too! Also worthy of mention is the tile mosaic in the common toilets at the ground floor which is stunning!! Reminded me a lot of Morocco and Southern Spain.

The hotel completely fulfilled my expectations. It is modern, yet not cold and minimalistic as many new hotels nowadays are. The staff was incredibly helpful and approachable. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The food is incredible. The service is outstanding. I have also noticed that it is a very sustainable hotel, as I hardly noticed any plastic usage. Even the room key cards were made out of wood. The location of the hotel is great as everything is within a 10-15-20 minutes car ride away. I am looking forward to staying in this hotel again sometime.
